What reviewers think

Escaption Travel delivers consistently polished Japan holiday packages with guides who know local culture, history, and hidden spots. Reviewers praise the blend of planning rigour and willingness to adapt, backed by comfortable transport (Alphard vehicles), spotless guesthouses, and staff who treat elderly travellers and families with genuine care. Every review reads as a personal thank-you note, with named guides like Faeq, Kimal, and Eqhmal earning repeated praise for patience and multitasking on the ground.

The trip feel is bespoke without the boutique chaos. Groups of families get itineraries tailored during planning meetings, then guided through famous landmarks and lesser-known areas with explanations that go beyond typical tourist script. When weather blocked Mt. Fuji views, one guide found an alternative vantage point. When a river cruise closed unexpectedly, refunds came without drama. Staff reply to booking questions promptly and remain pleasant even when adjusting plans mid-trip.

Travel Buddy Holidays

4.8(106)✓ Google-verifiedPublishes prices

Families and groups from South Asia consistently praise Travel Buddy for delivering stress-free, well-coordinated trips across Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. Staff like Aziz, Pallavi, Kiri and Pramila earn specific mentions for warmth and flexibility, with pickups reliably on time and itineraries executed smoothly from airport arrival to departure. However, one recent guest felt misled about what was included in their Genting Highlands package, paying extra on-site for attraction tickets they expected to be pre-arranged. The business's track record of 94% five-star ratings is strong, but clarity on package inclusions upfront would protect both reputation and customer experience.
