Most visitors praise the guides' expertise and the smooth coordination behind the scenes. Edwin, Adam, Rikki, Wilson, and Mary earn specific mention for their patience and local knowledge. Food and transport quality, however, divide opinion: some find meals adequate, others call them ordinary or poor for the price. A jelly-sting incident raised serious concerns about crew judgment despite visible hazards.

Half the reviews are five-star and highlight food and convenience, but the other half report severe wait times, schedule cuts blamed on traffic, and confusion about which stop you are at. Most of the day can be spent waiting for buses.
