شركة المحيط للسياحة والسفر
Five-star reviewers describe seamless multi-country trips with attentive drivers, prompt communication, and care for details like airport flowers and parting gifts. Several experienced repeat customers over years span praise the 24/7 support and quality hotel picks. Yet one-star complaints surface consistently: bookings don't match agreements, extra charges appear at checkout, payment triggers phone silence, and transport staff can be dismissive or cars arrive in poor shape. The split is stark. Satisfied travellers name drivers (Abu Qasim cited twice) and highlight punctuality through Malaysia, Penang, Indonesia, Bangkok, and Singapore. Unhappy customers report being passed between departments without resolution and advise booking hotels directly instead. Long-term loyalty exists alongside serious trust breakdowns, suggesting inconsistent execution across tours or staff.
