Most bookings run without friction: drivers arrive on time, cars are clean, and WhatsApp lets you confirm the night before and adjust plans easily. Staff like Raymond and Syed earn named praise for knowledge and patience during multi-day trips. One family received a Grab driver in a mismatched car instead of the MPV they had paid for, raising a legitimate concern about whether the agreed vehicle shows up every time.
