Easy Europe's repeat customers consistently praise the careful pacing of tours, well-chosen hotels, and handpicked local restaurants. Northern Lights and Balkans trips stand out, with tour leader Vanessa mentioned repeatedly for her warmth and attentiveness, and fellow travellers often becoming lifelong friends. The company operates escorted group tours across Europe, Africa, Asia, and beyond, with prices ranging from RM 14,500 to RM 41,800 per person. Visitors highlight unique experiences like glacier visits, Northern Lights cruises, and cultural deep dives over rushed sightseeing, returning multiple times with confidence in the organisation.
Two reviewers praised on-time service and vehicle comfort. However, a third reported a significant payment conflict (RM3,000 loss) with driver Mohammad Hafizudin that the company did not resolve to their satisfaction. Payment clarity and written agreements matter here.
