What reviewers think

Most reviewers praise the team's punctuality and organization on completed trips, especially honeymoon and family tours to Malaysia and Indonesia. However, recent reviews flag serious communication breakdowns: some customers report unanswered messages and being transferred between phone numbers when trying to book, raising doubts about reliability before travel.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
