One five-star review exists, but detailed evidence is limited. The business claims to operate airport escort and transfer services from KLIA Terminals 1 and 2 since 2016, and lists MIDA Official Service Provider status on its website.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All 25 reviews are five-star. Repeat clients credit the agency with affordable, well-managed Umrah trips, where food, accommodation, and spiritual care align. Staff handled ticketing and hotels smoothly. Strong value draws budget-conscious pilgrims back.
MyZarra handles trips across Southeast Asia and beyond with a focus on guest comfort and halal provisions. Reviewers repeatedly mention tour leaders like Dewi Sapine, Aishah, and Aisya Neesa for patience, friendliness, and attentiveness to group needs across age ranges. Prayer times and halal meals are consistently arranged without hassle. Itineraries run smoothly and hotels meet expectations, though some multi-day routes involve early starts and long bus travel. Corporate clients return year after year, citing trust and reliability above cost. The company operates as a MOTAC-licensed travel agency handling international packages (Turkey, Scandinavia, Inner Mongolia, China, Morocco) alongside Southeast Asian tours (Vietnam, Yunnan). Reviewers praise the coordination between local and Malaysian-based staff. Minor notes: a few travelers noted Stockholm hotel placement fell short of preference, and meal variety could improve on longer tours. Halal food management stands out as a differentiator in customer satisfaction.
Three reviews show a polarized picture. One recent guest praised the driver and car condition, but two earlier reviews flag serious issues: sudden driver swaps without warning, long waits at airport pickups with no updates, and a strict no-refund policy on schedule changes.
