All 13 reviews are five-star, praising named instructors (Brice, Austin, BeeFong, Ava, Winson) for patience and clear teaching. Reviewers consistently mention feeling safe, gaining confidence in water despite nervousness, and passing certification exams. Equipment is called professional; one reviewer noted the fins at the PJ site are good quality.

Reviewers consistently report smooth, stress-free holiday bookings handled by Marvin and his team. Marvin responds quickly to questions, arranges transfers and special requests (birthday celebrations, family room setups), and follows up before and during trips. The business excels at managing last-minute changes and large groups. Travelution specializes in Club Med packages across ski, beach, and all-inclusive resorts in destinations like Japan, Thailand, Maldives, and Indonesia. Their website claims Premier Club Med specialist status in Malaysia. One outlier review criticizes resort cleanliness and value, but appears to reflect guest dissatisfaction with the resort itself rather than Travelution's service.
