Most trips run smoothly with staff who listen and arrange things well. But some reviewers have hit serious snags: a guide blamed others for getting lost, skipped safety checks, and refused to own mistakes; another experienced weeks of ignored emails before a response. Strength lies in tours to Taiwan and Redang where travelers praise the guide's consideration and meal quality. Weakness surfaces in inconsistent communication and, occasionally, a guide too proud to help when things go sideways.
