PTS Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd (694255-T) | KL
4.9(71)✓ Google-verified
PTS orchestrates small group and private tours to mainland China with meticulous itineraries that feel unhurried. Eric Chong, A-Qiang, Su, and other guides are consistently praised for attentiveness, helpfulness with photography, and warm care-from airport luggage assistance to strawberry gifts for the group. Reviewers report balanced accommodation, good food, and meaningful cultural experiences rather than rushed shopping stops. The agency handles visa services, airport transfers, and multi-day packages (Jiuzhaigou, Xi'an, Sichuan, Hainan, Jiangnan cruise) with clear communication and follow-through. Most customers return or recommend them; one isolated report of a currency exchange shortfall did not deter confidence. Pricing appears competitive for the level of coordination and personal attention delivered.
