Sedunia Travel

4.3(198)✓ Google-verified

Sedunia Travel wins strong marks for polished international package trips and corporate events, backed by experienced staff who handle multi-country itineraries and family groups with ease. Agents like Jane Wilkinson, Audrey Tow, and Hannah Liew earn repeated praise for attentiveness across South America, China, and other long-haul destinations. The flip side: private bookings can hit communication dead zones, and reviewers flag pressure to buy at tourist shops and uneven follow-up from agents unfamiliar with their own packages. Corporate and group work feels their true strength.

Golden Tourworld Travel (M) Sdn Bhd

4.4(398)✓ Google-verified

Most guests report smooth, well-coordinated international tours led by attentive guides like Simon Lin and Benny who handle logistics and capture photos daily. Tours to Vietnam, China, and other destinations pack sightseeing, food, and cultural immersion into compact schedules. The main friction points: refund penalties when the agency cancels due to external crises, and a website now primarily in Mandarin that excludes non-Chinese-speaking Malaysian customers. Service quality is consistent across multi-day group trips, with specific staff earning repeated praise for friendliness and responsibility. However, guests note occasional downtime between scheduled activities can feel dull. The business positions itself strongly for corporate and tour groups seeking organized, staffed experiences, though payment terms and accessibility need attention.
