Most recent feedback warns of broken promises: tours advertised as longer or better-equipped arrive identical to cheaper competitors, with staff avoiding responsibility. Older five-star reviews describe smooth six-day packages with skilled guides, but the bulk of recent evidence shows disorganization, price mismatches, and lack of transparency on closures or changes.
